I’m Jason Buffalow — father, coach, outdoor cook, and the guy who wouldn’t stop tweaking a rub until it actually showed up on the meat. What started as “just trying something new” turned into a full-blown obsession that took over my garage, my weekends, and more test batches than I care to admit.

Two years. Countless adjustments. Cooking for anyone willing to eat.
That’s how BuffalowBBQ was born.

Every blend we make is built the same way: real ingredients, balanced carefully, and tested relentlessly until it earns its place. Not just on the label — on the grill. No shortcuts. No filler. No hype for the sake of hype.

These rubs were built for beef, but they don’t stop there. They show up on chicken, pork, veggies, and whatever else you’ve got going when friends and family come over. If it goes on the grill, it deserves flavor that carries through the cook — not something that disappears after the first flip.
